Conference Registration

Please read carefully the following registration rule and in-person event guideline before you complete registration for MEMS Engieer Forum (MEF) 2023. Your cooperation is requested.

MEF2023は対面式で開催されます。対面式のイベントの参加登録注意書きならびに、感染対策について下記に記載しておりますので、登録の前に必ずお読みください。

参加登録

講演セッション・出展者プレゼンテーション・技術展示参観などすべての参加は無料です。
参加人数に上限がありますので、2日間通しでご参加いただけるようにお願い申し上げます。また登録を完了された場合、極力キャンセルは避けて頂くようにお願いします。なお、キャンセルされる場合には、事務局宛、お早目にご一報ください。

COVID-19対策について

以下について、予めご了承いただけますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

運営時の感染防止対策

館内に消毒用アルコール液を設置します。
会場の座席はレイアウトに余裕を持たせております。そのため最大定員数を会場の定員の70％ほどとさせていただきます。
講師や事務局、会場スタッフもマスク、手袋を着用し対応させていただく場合があります。
会場は会場のドアをこまめに開放し、適切な換気を行います。

ご来場の皆様へのお願い

来場中は手指の手洗い・消毒にご協力ください。
以下に該当する方は、ご来場をお控えください。また、セミナー中に下記の症状が発生した場合には、ご帰宅をお願いいたします。
37. 5度以上の熱がある
咳、のどの痛みなど風邪の症状がある
倦怠感（強いだるさ）がある
呼吸が困難である（息苦しい）
会期中、体調がすぐれない方は、ご参加をお断りする場合があります。
上記のほか、各受講者の衛生および健康管理のためにご協力をお願いいたします。

Registration

Participation for the forum including oral presentations, exhibitors' presentations, and exhibition is free of charge.
Due to the limited maximum number of capacity of the event hall, 2-day participation is requested.　Please refrain cancellation of your registration since the maximum registration number is still limited.

MEF 2023 Guideline for COVID-19

Infection prevention measures during operation

Alcohol disinfectant solution will be placed throughout the facility.
Seats in the venue will be laid out with sufficient space to prevent droplet infection. For this reason, the maximum number of participants will be limited to 70% of the maximum capacity of the venue.
Lecturers, secretariat, and venue staff may wear masks and gloves.
The venue will be properly ventilated by frequently opening the venue doors.

Requests to all visitors

Please wash and disinfect your hands during your visit.
Please do not come to the venue if you fall under any of the following conditions. If you experience any of the following symptoms during the seminar, please leave the venue.
Fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher
Cough, sore throat, or other cold symptoms
Fatigue (intense lethargy)
Difficulty breathing (breathlessness)
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is not in good health during the event.
In addition to the above, we ask for your cooperation in maintaining the good health of each participant.
